ESP Hood

BC Air’s Electrostatic Hood (ESP Hood) integrates Electrostatic Precipitator/s with the kitchen exhaust hood body to provide a space-efficient and filtration-proficient extraction hood for F&B operators.

Having the filtration equipment integrated together with the exhaust hood allows for filtration to occur at the cooking source, reducing the rate of grease accumulation in the entire length of the Kitchen Exhaust Ductwork (KED) – reducing fire risks as well as overall maintenance costs.

With such an integrated filtration system, a re-circulating kitchen exhaust system can be designed with it to overcome infrastructure constraints of the intended premise of use.
